Discovered that it’s really quite awesome to pull some soup out of the freezer that was made several weeks ago and warm it up quickly. (Of course, that includes a day or so defrosting in the fridge. ) Still tastes just as good and made for a VERY convenient meal! It pays to make a large batch of soup.
